CR was the first to break news on Spyro 2007 (based on my distributor contact), and the best part about it is that it may actually be a brand new installment in the franchise instead of a port! Headed this October, Spyro: The Eternal Night will be released for the Wii.

UPDATE: The game is not exclusive to Wii as it will also be out for DS, GBA, PS2 and PSP.
